Progressive Office Solutions is owned by Paula Woolley who lives in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Paula has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and has years of experience in administration and technology. This unique combination of skills allows her to develop plans that result in increased productive time for small businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, and home-based business owners.

Paula dedicates much of her time to educating the business community about the virtual assistant industry. With the right combination of technology, support and passion, she believes that any small business can grow into a large business. She comes from a long line of entrepreneurs. Her father and grandfather were both business owners so she feels as though her passion for helping small businesses grow comes naturally.
